Callware will distribute Five9 in Spain


Callware has reached an agreement with Five9 to develop the marketing of the Five9 Cloud Contact Center solution in Spain. Five9 is the leader of Cloud Contact Center solutions in the North American market, recognized by Gartner in the last three years in its report “Magic Quadrant for CCaaS NA”, and in this way and hand in hand with Callware reaches the Spanish market offering its services from its nodes in EMEA.

Callware is committed to expanding its range of solutions for the market, complementing its well-known portfolio of core products for comms and its Recording and Analyitcs solutions
